Following the successful installation of the training kitchen at The Green Man community building in Lewisham, we were asked to design and install a café to serve staff and visitors. The bespoke counter consisted of a refrigerated display and multideck together with removable trays for impulse purchases. The client had very strong ideas about the look and feel of the café and used reclaimed timber to clad the counter and manufacture the tables.
