Our hands on approach enables us to deliver a complete service to our clients, ensuring that their new or existing kitchen achieves its full potential. We do not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach and treat each project individually. We are happy to work alongside contractors ensuring that on the day of installation all requirements have been considered and delays are avoided.
Our specialist catering equipment engineers have years of experience installing commercial kitchens in a variety of establishments. They are used to dealing with the challenges that each project brings, such as time constraints, access restrictions and minimising disruption. All of our engineers are Gas Safe COMCAT registered, members of the Water Industry Approved Plumbers’ Scheme (WIAPS), CSCS card holders and DBS checked.
To ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget you can expect the following:
- Services drawings and services schedules issued prior to install.
- A project manager that is available to answer queries, solve problems, offer advice and attend site at regular intervals.
- A member of our team on site to oversee the installation.
